ushmansafaris & Tours a dream came true
for both of us: So many years both of us studied,
learned, explored, collected knowledge of nature,
languages, culture, art, history and animals until one
day the right place and the right time "to do it" was
there and Bushman Safaris & Tours was born in 2004.

For those who are interested, how we built up a dream
with luck, little money reserves and lots of hard work
and fun, have a look at our photo gallery which shows
step by step how we built up the Bushcamp, which
consisted firstly of tents.

agmar, born and raised in
Namibia/Africa. After studying
tourism in Germany
she worked and travelled
extensively in Venezuela and
the Caribbean Islands.
The need to discover more
saw her as a tour guide for
2 years, firstly on different
cruise-liners, then guiding
Overland Tours in several
African countries. Finally
the place for the future was
found in South Africa:
Kruger National Park.
ert, born and raised in South Africa
was always seriously interested in Africa's
fauna & flora. Having lived many years
in the African Bush and studying animals
(especially snakes) & nature, he quite
naturally became a ranger. Then moving
into Lodge Management, he settled in
his favourite South African area:
Greater Kruger National Park.

Today it is our pleasure to welcome and entertain
our guests in various languages as English, German,
Afrikaans, Spanish and Tswana and to guide and
share with our visitors the delights of the Lowveld
fauna, flora and culture.

(For serious adventure, Gert introduces our interested
guests into the snake world, in our summer season.)

The Bushcamp is not our only and last dream...
many will follow as such as to create a Tree-House-Lodge
in our old native trees down at the dry river bed, the home
of Leopards.
