herein after referred to as
"the Close Corporation" (= C.C.)
accepts bookings subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein,
which agreement shall be the whole agreement between the parties:
The Booking:

This booking and subsequent contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in Limpopo Province, South Africa and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa. |

All prices and services are correct at the time of "reading" the page www.bushmansafaris.net |

|
The Close Corporation reserves the right to alter the published rates due to increasing tariffs, costs and entry fees or fluctuation of exchange rates, such amounts shall be determined at the sole discretion of the C.C. |

|
MARTIQ 1230 CC will not accept any booking where the booking form is incomplete or the deposit is not paid in. (An indemnity form has to be signed on arrival. |

|
|
| • |
|
No booking shall be considered confirmed until a witten confirmation has been sent the the client. |
Deposit & Payment:

|
A non-refundable 50 % deposit is required to secure a booking. This amount forms part of the payment for the accommodation and/or excursion and shall be offset to the total amount charged to the client. |

|
The balance has to be paid on arrival. |
|
|
|
| • |
|
MARTIQ 1230 CC do not accept Cheques and Creditcards. |
Passports, Visas and other Travel Papers:

It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, health certificates, proof of vaccinations and any other requires documentation are all in order for South Africa. |

|
The C.C. cannot be held liable for any consequences, damages or claims if the client prior to commencement of the tour do not correctly attend to the client's documentation and related matters. |
Risk:

|
The client accepts that all tours (accommodation & excursions) are of an adventurous nature and envolve an element of personal risk. Neither the C.C. nor any of its agents shall be held liable in any way for any injury. The client accepts full responsibility for all risks involved. |
